Nice building and rooms with complimentary free bottle of mineral water. Peaceful and good location really close to Germany as a whole in a nice quiet area. Again, 15 minutes walk from a big cottage. Really had perfect stay of 3 nights.

Comfortable, beautiful, warm room with bath. On arrival - there was a compliment in the form of a bottle of mineral water. Very pleased with the tight curtains. Beds with down pillows. There was a duvet on one bed, too. The bathroom had shower gel, shampoo, soap and body lotion. Cleaning every day. We had room 319 with a beautiful view of the water channel! Two elevators. On the top floor - a small sports hall and sauna. Breakfast - 17 euros per person. Good work of the staff, at the reception we have always been helped by the manager Marina - her great thanks! The unusual design of the hall creates a very cozy mood. Delicious food of excellent quality in the hotel restaurant. On each floor - there is an opportunity to buy snacks at the vending machine.
We were at the conference and expected to eat at the hotel, but unfortunately the restaurant was open only from 18.00. There are several small snack bars within a 10-minute walk of the hotel - we had lunch there.

The rooms are very clean. Bathroom accessories are more than enough. Reception is also a bar. It's a very interesting idea. Downstairs in the hall, billiards are free. There's big TVs all around. Comfortable mattresses. Built-in air conditioning in each room, like batteries, ie blowing up. We used it as a refrigerator, because there is no refrigerator in the room, and if you put beer on the air conditioner, in 10-15 minutes - already cool ))) . There's a big grocery Real next to it on foot. Fairly large free parking near the hotel, where you can always find a place. Boiling water in the thermos can always be requested at the reception. Not once refused.
No fridge or kettle. The rest is great.

hotel is located in a very quiet green area with one- or two-storey cottages. Near the hotel you can walk for hours along the river bank or in quiet streets with toy houses. interior is very fresh and modern. Clean, It's clean, all in excellent condition. room is perfect clean, well soundproofed, comfortable bed. comfortable bed! plumbing is very good. Delighted with its own large free parking. We did not take breakfast in the hotel, stone's throw from the hotel, on Zelendorfer lady, there is a bakery, works from 7 am. Breakfast in the form of fresh hot pastries and coffee for two will cost you around 10 euros. Nearby there is a good Italian restaurant Osteria la Puglia, it is not just with Italian cuisine, staff is Italian. hospitable welcome and delicious food. chef himself can go out to the guests and take an order, chat and treat for free dessert and grappa! Sans Souci Park is a 15-20 minute drive away. Anyway, hotel was very nice. You can surely add to your bookmarks!
Prices bite. Breakfast for 17 euros per person, in my opinion, is expensive. Laundry rates have been fun. Ironing a tie costs 4.5 euros, if memory serves. Another unpleasant thing is that the card money is written off immediately, before you move in. On the one hand, you don't have to pay when you leave, but personally I didn't like this approach.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard in Berlin for a business trip. The hotel is funky and modern with a competitive rate. The staff provided a warm welcome, and check-in was quick and efficient. The rooms are well-equipped with comfortable beds, plenty of storage space, and modern amenities. The hotel also offers free parking, a bar area with a pool table, and a comprehensive breakfast. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transportation.
100% Recommend this hotel.

We wanted a comfortable hotel on the outskirts of Berlin for 2 nights as we had a car but wanted to travel to the city by public transport. This hotel was close to the S rail system and about 25 minutes to the centre of Berlin. We drove to the station with free parking, otherwise you need to take the bus to the station with extra time. This is an upmarket hotel, the rooms were very good and ours had a nice view over the gardens and canal. Staff were helpful with good English. There are many hotels in Berlin so choosing one could be difficult. This one was at the higher end of our budget and quite ok but hard to assess value for money compared to others. The hotel was busy with guests when we were there indicating its popularity. If coming by car you either need satnav or good driving directions from the web. We needed help to locate.
We didn't use the breakfast facilities at the hotel as the cost was high but instead had breakfast in the city. The extra charge for WiFi was a niggle as most other hotels we stayed had it free of charge.

The arrival was unusual. Entering the hall, I heard hip music, people drinking and chatting at the bar. A couple playing billiard, big apple pc'S. A nice staff then asked me, if I was looking for the reception. And indeed it was at the bar. The room was very nicely designed. The only thing missing was a small fridge to cool my sandwich and my water. Also no safe in the room. But they have machines on every floor where you can buy cool drinks and snacks at reasonable prices. I was going to order a freshly made pizza from the room menu for 10 Euros, but it was already past 10.30 P.M. The breakfast was great. Wide selections of bread, muesli, granini juices cakes, salmon and sparkling wine! Staff was also very friendly.
There was no fridge in the room. Also no room parfume. The bathroom had a slight smell, but I have extreme senses. The sink was some kind of plastic, so it was a bit crushed. But generally the bath was nice and clean.
